Family-run and customer-oriented for over 70 years. Since Wilhelm Knepper GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1951, we have continued to develop and have been managing our activities in a holding structure as the Knepper Group since 2023. We stand for future-oriented corporate management and an interdisciplinary range of services.

We combine a wide range of services - from the optimization of recyclable material flows to sophisticated demolition and earthworks. Our subsidiary, WerPro GmbH & Co KG, develops innovative concepts for the recycling of by-products in the food industry, thus creating economic and ecological added value.
We bundle our central services such as controlling, project management and sustainability management at our headquarters in Lippstadt. Modern workplaces and an appreciative, team-oriented corporate culture ensure efficiency and a pleasant working environment. Recycling and resource conservation are our core competencies. With an efficient container service and the recycling center in Lippstadt, we actively contribute to the circular economy and conserve valuable resources.
