Building demolition for Traum Quadrat GmbH & Co. KG
The project was implemented efficiently and responsibly, taking into account the surrounding buildings and minimizing traffic disruption.
Work carried out
- Remediation of pollutants and gutting of the building complex
- Demolition of the roof truss and partial demolition of the top floor by hand to protect the neighboring building in the best possible way
- Demolition of the building using a demolition curtain to protect the neighboring buildings and road traffic up to the lower edge of the floor slab/foundations
- Work carried out at weekends in order to keep traffic disruption to a minimum due to the necessary complete road closure

- Longfront demolition excavator > 20 m
- Tracked excavators up to 30 tons with OilQuick attachments
- Rotary telescopic forklift up to 30 m operating height
