Demolition of a residential building with approx. 200 residential units
As part of the demolition of a large residential building with around 200 residential units, Knepper is taking on all the necessary demolition work.

- Design of the demolition project
- Remediation and gutting of approx. 30,000 sqm BRI
- Removal of asbestos-containing floors on approx. 8,000 sqm in accordance with TRGS 519 & BT17
- Removal of KMF-containing impact sound insulation on approx. 8,000 sqm in accordance with TRGS 521
- Complete demolition and deep demolition
- Construction waste processing using mobile crushing and screening technology
