Dismantling of various system components in 24-hour operation
For this project, the team drew up a comprehensive demolition concept with a structural analysis and adapted existing wall, ceiling and floor openings.
Work carried out
- Dismantling of various heat exchanger components, piping, partial dismantling of the VDK, electric and bag filters and dismantling of the clinker cooler
- Complete conceptualization of the measure and creation of a detailed dismantling concept including static inspection
- Extensive adaptation and enlargement of existing wall, ceiling and floor openings for the installation of the new components

- Tracked excavators up to 30 tons with OilQuick attachments
- Compact equipment up to 8 tons with OilQuick attachments
- Lifting platforms up to 42 m working height
- Mobile cranes up to 300 tons
