Earthworks for new senior citizens' residence
Knepper is carrying out the demolition, earthworks, shoring and excavation work for the construction of a new senior citizens' residence.
Knepper has once again demonstrated its expertise in Bahnhofsstraße in Lippstadt. Following the demolition of a building, Kückelheim Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG also commissioned Knepper with the subsequent earthworks for the construction of a new senior citizens' residence.
The Knepper team was responsible for the shoring work and excavation of the construction pit. Seamless cooperation between the various departments meant that interfaces could be minimized and project execution was optimized. Knepper thus guaranteed a smooth handover of the construction site on time - and all from a single source, with Knepper as the sole point of contact.
A big thank you to Kückelheim for the great cooperation. Knepper is already looking forward to the new building soon!
