Roof renovation of a production hall in Warstein
Using a selective deconstruction approach, the various structural elements of the roof and walls are carefully removed in order to preserve the remaining structure as much as possible.
Work carried out
- Manual demolition of the roof waterproofing including insulating foams, timber cladding and wooden beams, as well as strip lighting in two construction phases
- Mechanical demolition of the western gable wall of the central aisle of the hall, including separation of the demolished wall areas from the remaining structure
- Demolition and disposal of the entire roof structure
- Demolition of the interior masonry, removal and disposal of the foundations, additional soil excavation

- Tracked excavator up to 30 tons with OilQuick attachments
- Tower crane as bottom-slewing crane with 45 m
- Compact equipment up to 8 tons with OilQuick attachments
